Beschreibung
Mit 11 Jahren im Bourbon Barrel kommt der Pulteney daher. Er startet mit viel cremiger Vanille, aber auch mit Haferkeksen und einer Brise Meeresluft. Eindrücke von salzigem Karamell, Lychee und Blätterteigteilchen mit viel Zucker betören die Geschmacksnerven. Great Northern Highland Style!
Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of vanilla and oatcakes open up this dram, followed by some sea air.
Palate: The palate is mouthcoating with a little salted caramel and a hint of lychee
coming through. Let it breathe and some Portuguese custard natas appear.
Finish: The finish is smooth with toffee apple and dark chocolate.
