Dieser 12-jährige Fiji Single Cask Rum von dem unabhängigen Abfüller Dràm Mòr reifte zunächst in einem Ex-Bourbon Barrel und erhielt anschließend noch ein 5-monatiges Finish in einem First Fill Buffalo Trace Cask.
Original Tasting Notes
Nose: Funky overripe pineapple, grassy, like a junior agricole; walnut skin.
Palate: Dry and really grassy, this is no junior agricole this is the real deal, an unidentifiable fruit leaping out at you. Good creamy texture.
Finish: Light and delicate vanilla with wonderful hay and just a touch of rooty funkiness. A touch of same overripe pineapple returns.
