Mit dieser preisgünstigen Sonderabfüllung, die exklusiv für Deutschland abgefüllt wurde, feiern Donald und Andy Hart von Meadowside Blending und Alba Import ihre 15-jährige Zusammenarbeit.
Aus der Speyside stammt dieser Mannochmore, der mit seiner Reifung im Sherry Cask im Duft Birne, Vanille und Kaffeebohnen offeriert. Der Geschmack ist geprägt von kandiertem Apfel, Brandybutter und Orange, reichlich süß wie ein Dessert.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pear drop and vanilla aromas on the nose with woodspice and coffee beans. Palate: The palate is oily with some toffee apple, brandybutter and a little custard. Add a Splash of water and expect a little orange to appear.
Finish The finish is smooth and mouthcoating with some Dutch stroopwafel, pastry and a little nuttiness coming through.
