Dieser 8-jährige Balblair vom unabhängigen Abfüller Dràm Mòr reifte für 8 Jahre und 7 Monate in einem Refill Bourbon Cask und erhielt anschließend noch ein Finish für 4 Monate in einem First Fill PX Sherry Cask.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale golden syrup.
Nose: Sweet nut brittle and gentle vanilla mix with stewed pear and hints of green tea and ginger.
Palate: An oaky sweetness fades into a darker undercurrent brining a splash of muscovado sugar, stewed red pear, and sultanas.
Finish: Fresh mixed spice fades to a warm tropical woody note.
