Beschreibung
Eigentlich erübrigen sich hier die Tasting Notes – Donald Hart würde sagen: „Blows your socks off“.
Wir haben trotzdem ein paar Infos zu diesem fantastischen Tobermory: Über allem liegt eine tropische Fruchtigkeit, Papaya und Guave lassen grüßen. Samtweich und lebendig zeigt er sich am Gaumen, fettes Marzipan, kandierter Apfel, süße Birne und etwas Kokos haben das Sagen. Im Finish kommen dann alle Fruchtnoten zusammen und sorgen für einen langen Abgang. Ein altehrwürdiger Tropfen, der durch lange Reifung vielschichtig nussig und exotisch auftritt.
Tasting Notes
Nose: This single cask of Tobermory opens with tropical fruits on the nose, think papaya and guava. Some Amaretto also coming through.
Palate: The palate is velvety smooth with some toffee apple, tinned pear, custard and
coco powder. Let it breathe and some honeydew melon comes through.
Finish: The finish has more fruit and expect a hint of lychee.
