Von der Insel Islay aus der Bunnahabhain Destillerie stammt der Margadale Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Nach 16 Jahren im Bourbon Hogshead präsentiert er feine islaytypische Züge: Torf, Gischt und salziges Lakritz, aber auch Mandeln und frisches Brot.
Tasting Notes
Nose: A lovely Islay nose with peat, sea spray and hints of freshly baked bread.
Palate: Is creamy and smooth with hints of citrus, almonds and good kick of peat and salted liquorice.
Finish: Warm with good length, medicinal notes coming through followed by sweet biscuit flavours with vanilla.
